HoneyXO Cosmetics and Jewelry

Hello ladies and gents! A long awaited blog post right? I've been sick for the past couple of weeks, and it turned into a head cold, which isn't helping while I'm typing this, but we'll see how this goes.
I'd like to introduce you to HoneyXO Cosmetics and Accessories!
This company was originally called I-Candy Couture, but there were two sisters that owned the company, and all the while this company was very successful, Honey, who is now the official owner of HoneyXO, had chosen to make her own company name as well as a fresh start. She is now her own boss, and is passionate about her makeup line and handmade jewelry. HoneyXO provides a range of affordable prices for the everyday woman who wants some sparkle n her life.

Today I'm going to show you the giveaway prize I won from entering her contest, which was an NFL inspired look on your favorite team. Here's my entry;Pretty epic right? This look was inspired by the Miami Dolphins!

The prize was three full sized jars of eyeshadow of choice, and also a pair of signature twisted woven hoops!
From left to right; Glass Slipper, Forest Love, Royal Kingdom.
Swatches from left to right: No base and primer, right is with skintone base. The top is Glass Slipper, which I've had my eye on for quite some time for it's unique color. It's a silver/lavender color, and what is so cool, is it's a matte shadow! I find it to be easily blendable and buildable as well.
The middle color is Forest Love, which is a deep forest green. It has subtle shimmer in it. I can't wait to try this out as a smokey eye!
The last color on the bottom is Royal Kingdom, which as you can tell has a lot of shimmer, but is a deep pink, which is very pretty alone on the lid!
From left to right: Vanilla, Chantilly, Tickled Teal, and Ever After This is a HoneyXO Beauty Package for promoters such as myself that do tutorials and such by using HoneyXO makeup, I'm super excited for these shadows as well, since majority of them are matte aside from the first shadow, Vanilla.

From left to right, shown just as is on the first photo. Top row is with a skin toned base, and bottom is applied dry with no base or primer.
As you can tell on the first shadow, Vanilla, it is a bit frosty when applied with a base, but applied without any base or primer, the pigmentation is a bit softer, which is great for a brow highlight.

Chantilly, on my skintone, it almost blends seamlessly to my skin, but on camera it's much tan like. It reminds me of Wet n Wild's Vanity Palette, I know I'll be obsessed with this shadow, because I use to use a similar shadow from Wet N Wild as a transition color. This is a matte shadow, and is also categorized as a bronzer, as well as a shadow.

The third shadow is categorized as a shadow as well as a blush item. I love that it's matte, although shimmer blushes are awesome as well, matte blushes in my opinion are more natural looking. This deep matte pink color is blendable, so it doesn't have to be as pigmented and deep like on my hand, a very pretty color.

Tickled Teal is a deep matte shadow. Being that it's called Tickled Teal, I think you know what color it is :). This turns into  a very deep teal when applied with a base, but when applied without any base or primer, it looks like how it is in the jar.

Last but not least, Ever After, which is a semi dark matte purple shadow.I love purple smokey eyes other than traditional neutral or dark ones. A colorful smokey eye is the way to go in my book, and purple is great to make brown eyes pop!

Excuse my breakouts and sickly face, the beginning of this year was not great for my face:/. I'm sporting these Sapphire Blue Signature Twisted Woven Hoops with Candy Bling! I am in love with these earrings! I love all shades of blue, and this really took my breath away. The "Candy Bling" really compliment the design of this fine piece of jewelry, and it's super comfortable! I have sensitive ears, even changing earrings makes my ears turn bright red, but this pair of earrings are so comfortable and whenever I moved my head throughout the day, it didn't snag on my clothes, let alone my crazy hair lol.
