Clean & Clear Advantage Skincare Review

Hello! This might be a short review, but I'll be sure to incorporate any details as much as possible.
*NOTE* ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED THESE PRODUCTS FOR FREE, MY OPINIONS ON THIS PRODUCT(S) ARE COMPLETELY 100% MY OWN HONEST OPINONS. If you'd like to purchase these items, please feel free to click on the highlighted and underlined words or phrases in purple to direct you to the items.

I have tried Clean & Clear's Advantage skincare products the first time when I was in 7th grade. It was the time where puberty meets girl, and raging breakouts on my face wasn't exactly awesome. I lived in a humid hot place where somehow kids were still free of pimples, and I wasn't. The advantage skincare line wasn't my favorite in my teens, the price and the effectiveness, well there was no effectiveness. Nothing worked with my skin from the line, I decided to give up.

No in my 20's, I still suffer from the regular routine of breakouts, along with an oily t zone, dry patches, and just all over wondering how to calm my beastly ways?!
First up is the Advantage Oil Absorbing Cream Cleanser, and cream cleanser it is.This cleanser claims to "instantly wash away 85% of built up oil, treats and helps prevent breakouts, and controls shine all day". I have to honestly say, I think this made my skin oilier than it already was. I used this once a day, at the end of the day. I only need a quarter size of it on my face, and seems as if it's gently exfoliating, even though there's no exfoliation beads in there. The cleanser smells like some type of musky soap, but it's not overbearing at all. I have combination oily skin, so it has helped my t zone a lot, maybe too much. Along with the next product I'll be showing you though,it's helped my daily morning oily face turn into no oiliness at all. Which I loved, but stopping with this treatment of both products, my forehead especially became a bit more oily than I had noticed before.Clean & Clear has an online site where you are able to purchase their items online. It'll direct you to their Amason Site. Priced at $6.99.
So sorry for the blurry image:/. This is the Advantage Oil absorbing Treatment . It claims it " targets excess oil that causes shine and treats and helps prevent breakouts". This too, has salicylic acid acne medication. I've used this right after using the cream cleanser, and it somehow moisturized my face, but didn't stay on my skin, it sank into it like a moisturizer. I applied it mainly on my t zone because that's where I get most oily, and it did help a lot when I would apply makeup over it. Usually my t zone would make my foundation move or dissapear within the hour, and in this case, when using these two together, my foundation actually didn't move at all. Did it prevent or treat any breakouts? I honestly can't tell you that. I can tell you though  however, that it did help a lot with my oily t zone. Though this might not be fore everyone. After giving my skin a break for a few days from this, my t zone felt oilier than before, So I wouldn't recommend it unless you are into the habit of using this. However, I do use the oil absorbing treatment every now and then when I need to use full face makeup, and I'm heading to the hot humid side of the island, and it keeps my makeup and skin looking like I have been  in an a/c room all day.Priced at $6.99 on their Amazon Site
