Mermaid Lagoon Tutorial

Hiya! So a tutorial blog....awesome!
It took forever for this dramatic teal look to come along! I used the Wet n Wild Color Icon Palette in Blue Had me at Hello.

I used ALL of the colors of the palette except the glittery black pot :)

Hopefully I can do more looks since I got my inspiration groove back! Job's here have been lacking lately, and I haven't had any oppurtunities for jobs since I graduated High School! The only way I have income is through mouth, as in relatives needing help and such. Hopefully I can reach my goal to become a photographer and become a freelance makeup artist! Its my true passion.
